Should I Eliminate this Sponge?

OK all what should I do about this white sponge?? It has been there for a long time ,without encroaching too much on this FS.'s heads. But I am starting to worry more about him a bit more. It is around almost ever base if not all or them.
The rock the FS is on is in the bottom of this tank and has become very well attached over time. This would make it very hard to kill the sponge by air exposure. Prams are not such that induce its growth, but yet it seems to be very healthy.
Should I just keep close what on it or do something to eliminate it???

not sure if this would work or not but maybe blow air bubbles at it, or cut it?

It is harmless, just let it go. I have the same type of sponge growing in several different places in my tank and it has caused no harm.
