Should i have flow in my fuge?

my fuge seems a little stagnet should i put a small power head or something in to move water around my Chaeto or will that harm copepods.
also what else should i have in there snails, crabs???

Good question....The flow of the water from the filter tray lands on my chaeto, but as you asked...is that enough?

In all of the fuges I have set-up, I always ran a little bit of flow, especially if you are trying to grow chaeto. It does not have to be a huge powerhead; just something small to stir the water a little.
I would add a few snails and hermits as well, just to keep it tidy and keep the detritus from building up.
