MY clown keeps going up to my anemone and pulls of this tiny tiny tiny little bubble clumps off of him there small little purple arm/bubble looking things near the foot and the clown keeps going and ripping them off.
Hers some picks.. My other question is the anemone is sitting on his top side should I flip him over?

Try to set him up on the rocks where he can stick his foot in a cave or crevase.
I don't think I would let the clown do any pulling at him for a while if I could help it.
Have you tried to feed it yet, do you know if the tenticals are sticky or not?

Everytime I Set him up on the rocks he just goes off of them yea I trued feeding him but everything just floated away and the clowns ate it..... What are the clowns picking on? and why are they? Should I try to move him yet again?

I'm not sure why the clown is picking on him, unless your anemone is wounded somehow and they are tearing at that wound. But since you have had him for a couple of days now any wound that he might have had and your anemone would have gone down hill really fast. I believe that he is still acclimating to your water paramiters for the moment.
you might try protecting him for a while by placing something like a plastic strawberry basket over him. You can keep that in place by putting a couple of small rocks on the sides to keep it down.
You can also just keep an eye on him, wait another day and try to feed him.

Try your macro mode if you have one and take it further away then crop the photo, resize and try again. This one is to blurry to id that purple area.

The clown keeps ripping these things out of the anemone... I cant cover it because it keeps wedging itself into tiny rock so I cant help it out at all...... HELP!

It is upside down I keep setting it right side up and it keeps going right back to uspide down... Its making tears in the anemone and picking at its insides
