Should I run 3 250's or 2 400's?

I have a 6ft wide 180g tank. I will be adding corals soon and I want to know what is the best lighting for my tank. I will be running a chiller too!

3-250, you need one MH for every 24" and with the tank being less than 24" deep the 250 have plenty penetration.
