Should I seed LR & LS before or after Tank Cycle?

I am starting a 38 gallon reef with 29 gallon sump/fuge. I am going to have 60 Lbs of base rock in Main Tank with bare bottom, and 20 Lbs of base rock with 4" of argonite sand in fuge (not live). I will seed my sand bed in fuge with live sand, and seed the base rock in main tank and fuge, with live rock.
My question is do I seed the sand and rock after my tank has cycled, or put the live sand and rock in the begining before I cycle the tank?

ummm...
Put it in before the cycle!! Not only will it boost your cycle speed, but you can potentioally start a whole new cycle after you add it and you'd hafta wait all over again.
You are causing a spike, curing, and cycling all at once!!
