Should it stay or should it go?

Okay, I have a small clown trigger (about 3 1/2 ") who just won't eat. I've soaked food in Garlic, water quality is good. I've had him for about a year, been feeding him a wide diet(Prawn, Trigger Formula, Krill, brine, Formula One, Etc.) I'm debating on returning him for store credit. I love the fish, but I don't want to see him waste away. What do you think?

Did anything change recently that may have stressed it? What are you params like? How long has it been since it stopped feeding?

Well, I posted a message a few weeks ago about the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not getting much success with feeding, but it does occasionally. I can't figure out what would stress it. No change in tank mates, water parameters are very consistant, etc. This fish is one of the reasons I am in the hobby, but I don't want to jeapordize it's life, or my tank...

its weird that he isnt eating. if nothing changed and he still isnt eating he may be ill. what other fish do you have? have you ever fed him live food? and how often do you change what you feed? sometimes of it is too ever-changing, they dont like it. they like to be fed around the same time every day instead of it changing too much. good luck, hopefully we can help because although they are wild, clown triggers are great fish- both beautiful and active.
