Just wanted to give a note of appreciation to Roger down in Texas at Tunze USA. I have had (2) Tunze powerheads for two years. The power converter went out right at the two year mark, which is the warranty period btw. Sent it to Roger and he replaced the converter AND the powerhead. About a month later, same thing on the second one. Without a question, they replaced that whole setup with brand new equipment as well, even though I was outside of warranty on both.
I don't think it's bad equipment in general because Tunze makes quality products, and they are not cheap, but still, they replaced with brand new upgraded versions just to be sure. Great customer service Roger...
