think oregonbud said it had something with the way I am reducing it. I am only doing it on my scanner. I think I must have to go through my cameras software to reduce it properly?I am looking into some of the ones you suggested, also best buy
had adobe (I think) with a rebate.

Lovethesea - follow up to earlier - I was talking in general terms not you specifically - sorry if you thought I was speaking about just your photos - personally I think your shots look pretty good - Im jealous - I wish I could take pictures as good as you have
Anyway if you get a chance to get photoshop - get it - it's an awesome program, I'm still learning it, but its pretty straightforward once you get the basics down - I got a book from the college here to help me out with it, and it really seems to do the trick.
