I would love to see what you guys are doing with your cube tanks. No I dont mean your nanos. There are already alot of posts about those. I mean those 2'x2'2x2' tanks.

I second the request as I'm about to set up a 33 gallon Oceanic cube. I'm curious about people's aquascaping.

Nope not the bio cubes. I mean the tanks that are just tanks...no built in nothing.

You are talking about a rimless/seemless tank, right?
A lfs in Nashville has one set up as one of their frag/coral tanks as an infinity look where the water is flowing over all the sides of the glass as to give the image of an endless amount of water in the tank and it is very very cool. They dont have any fish in it though and the snails actually crawl out of the display and are on the edges of the top and all around the bottom where it feeds back into the sump. There is a boundry around the bottom that is about 4 isnches wide and 5 inches tall at the base of the tank where the bottom boundry has a unnoticable slope just enough to get the water to flow to the two returns that are on opposite ends of each other.
Dont know if you can imagine this or not from what I have stated but that is the way i would go if I were to set one up.

My 29g biocube by oceanic can hold up to 30 gallons of water if you don't have ls or lr in it. Mine is at about 24/25 gal with the ls and lr. Most tanks are measured and sold by their gallon size before anything is added, even though they are much less after.

you sure about that? from what i've seen they hold about 23 gallons.... with nothing in it ( and thats counting the back chambers, which of course if you add filters to the gallon number of AGA tanks then it would be 30+ (34 for me)
