yes their mouths open up when i feed. I squirt a little on them to let them know its feeding time and then they open up wide. the mysis sticks to their little feeding tentacles. some gets blown around but the fish are happy to eat those.

I've had great luck with all of the brains i've tried. I'll post some links to ones that have worked for me. Also I really like the Lobo brains, but this site doesnt seem to have any.

so, how big will a metalic Green Brain get, does anyone know?
I have one. When I got it a wk ago, it shrunk down to about 2.5in.
Now, it's getting bigger and bigger everyday.
It is now almost 7in.
I keep moving the rock around it further and further to make room for it to stretch.
Should I be happy or worried??? It's getting bigger and bigger! kinda weird
