Well, I've had 4 kids but I don't think I'm allowed to show those kinds of scars.

Okay...that is more info than I really wanted to....nevermind... prove it...

Was doing some demo and as I was hitting a stud, there was a nail sticking out of it... as I swung the hammer, I passed the stud and my hand went right into the nail... took a slice right out of my hand. It's healed since then, but still a sweet scar...

I have a couple notables...but no camera atm. I took the tip off of one of my fingers with a hammer, and I was even stabbed once.

Also, I don't have pics, but when I was in high school, a buddy of mine and I went to play a prank on one of our friend-girls. She was home alone one night and called me because she was spooked to be alone in her parents house (if you ask me, it was just a rouse to get me to come over and be with her... she wanted to date me but I wasn't interested). So my buddy and I went to play some tricks on her. Her house backed up to this really steep hill... we were going to climb up the hill and bang on her windows or something... really freak her out. Well, we're almost to the top of this hill (probably 150-200 feet up from the street) and she lets her rottweiler out. He's barking up a storm and we tear back down the hill as fast as we can. Keep in mind this is at night, and on private property, so there were no lights. Anyway, I'm booking it down this hill when I think I see the street at the bottom of the hill. I take a jump thinking that I'm going to land on the street, but the street was actually about 10 feet lower than I thought it was. I land directly on my right knee and shin. I tore up the entire front half of my lower right leg. It hurt like nobody's business and took like 5 months to heal. I didn't get stitches because I was afraid to tell my mom about it and just wore pants, letting it heal on it's own. The scar is pretty much gone, but my hair no longer grows on certain areas of my lower leg... kinda funny.

ah man I've been "stabbed" before... once by a nail from a nail gun... went off when another guy was holding it. It's ok though, he just took me out to dinner and we were all good. Shoot, I'd take another nail in the leg if it meant a free meal at a fancy restaurant.
But I always feel like I'm accidently putting push-pins through my fingers. It's like every time I go through a desk looking for a pen, there's a push-pin right in the back just waiting for me.... perfectly angled and ready to puncture my skin. Sometimes I'd choose the nail over the freaking push pin.
got hit with a 22oz framing hammer... you know, the ones with the waffle heads. My thumb bled a lot. It's the last time I'm going to hold a nail when I teach a 15 year old kid how to hammer.

Well you are one up on me. I had a local anistetic used for one of my stabbings and was put to sleep for my other. BTW that is the coolest experience ever (being put to sleep) to anyone that has not had it done. Comes highly recommended just for the cool factor. The hammer thing though...that one hurt. Took the skin off of one of my pinkies as well with a hammer, but that one is less noticable. These happened different times in a fit of rage while laying retainer blocks...couldn't get the bleamin' things to level out

Chris, because of your avatar, I hear the voice of George Castanza reading your postings to me... literally every time. It's kinda cool, kinda not cool. But definitely funny!
And I just can't help it

I was told by another member here that they could not stand my avatar. Jason Alexander is a legend. Only thing on television I will watch. It's perfect. Even as an inanimate object that character is able to create a reaction

i work construstion for 20 yrs i would need a full body shot.
i cut half way through my sneaker with a diamond blade .i thought my big toe was cut off.i took my shoe off and the toe was cut just to the bone ,so i wrapped the sock aroud it put my shoe back on and went back to work.by the time i went to the hospital they wouldnt stich it because it was more than 4 hours.also i had a boot on with a cut in the side ,concrete got in and ate the top of my foot .all you feel is a stinging.when we were done pouring i took off the boot and went to clean it .i watched the skin fall right off.one more ,i was cutting stone with a diamond it slipped through the rock into my leg nice 4 inch open wound so of coarse like most construction guys i duct taped it.
those are my worst in memory.
i am thinking i am a bit clumsy

No pic either. But I have a sideways "V" shaped scar on the calf of my right leg that I got while taking the trash out!!!
Unbeknownst to me, there was a broken peanut butter jar in the trash bag with a very jagged edge. The bag just bearly bumped my leg on the long walk down the driveway to the curb.
I felt a stinging in my leg, looked down to see a small hole in my pant leg. A few more steps and I noticed a spot of blood on the pants. A few more steps, more pain and lots of blood!
Wifey took me to the clinic, where we had to wait for a Dr. (it was early in the morning). Wifey looks at the leg and says "Hey, take a look at this. I can see the muscles in your leg!" I declined the offer.
took 13 stitches to close the wound.
I fought forest fires for 4 1/2 years, never had anything more that a scratch. Taking the garbage out proved to be much more dangerous!

Eh, One time I was sharpening a machete, and the sharpener slipped and sliced my right hands thumb to the bone. I couldn't bend my thumb inwards for at least a week or else the skin would pull apart! ouch.
Another time, I was running to get someone's attention and I tripped and scraped both my knees all up - got impentiago (sp?) in it. Sucked.
I sometimes work in a taxidermy shop, and the kitchen knives we use go dull. So you have to force the blade through the meat and fat - if you don't feel like getting up to sharpen it. Well, the knife has slipped on me a few times and I've got a fair amount of laceration and puncture wounds on my hands and forearms. Now I've realized when a knife gets dull - go sharpen it!!!
One time I got hit by a baseball that a guy hit so hard. I was the pitcher, not 20ft from home plate and all the sudden boom/crack the ball comes flying at me and hits my side. IT was the worst extremely dark black and blue bruise I ever got. Hurt to walk, sit and put on pants. At least for two weeks. Sucked!!!

The most dangerous knives are the dull ones.
