Wait, you're supposed to WASH in the shower? I usually set my alarm clock for 6:28AM and just sit back and sleep for 11 minutes.

First thing is the hair. Wash it with a palm full of Head and Shoulders 2 n 1 Citrus breeze shampoo/conditioner. Rinse that out. Then onto washing the bod. Used Dove Energizing body wash. Wash arms, chest, stomach, back, other areas and rinse. Use remainder of body wash on legs. Shave and rinse. Shave armpits. No French traditions here. Turn water off then step out and dry. Get dressed. That's my routine. Don't have too much of a rhyme or reason for why I wash that way. Just do.

Need to lay off the vodka and bacon for a time I think.

I do believe if it weren't for CFR and a few others, after the changes to SWF I would have completely left a while back.

No, actually my hair has never been softer or more managable as it is when I use this. I had some dandruff issues last winter because it was so dry but not now.
And it makes my hair smell really good so..
