Shrimp babies? ID please

My tank is about 7 months old, and was taking out 2 of the filter pads to replace the carbon... ( i run carbon constantly in and emporrer 400)... anyway there was dozens of these very small shrimp like things caught in the filter.... They were about a Centimeter Long or less and very strongly resemble shrimp.
I have a cleaner shrimp and a peppermint shrimp.. Would they breed?
Havent added any new LR in about 4 months.

mostlikly amphipods, copepods, isopods, or other pods.

most good, although some iso's are bad. pods come offa' live rock and reproduce , good sorces of food for your fish. :)
