For the cleaner shrimp and the crab:
Cleaner shrimp
good: active cleaner, gets along with other shrimp
Bad: really isn't anything bad about it except that its sensitive to salinity levels, but all shrimp are.
Crab
Good: eats detris and algea
Bad: can kill snails and steal their shells

crabs will also kill some fish. i had a red hermit kill my lion fish. the best crabs are the staghorn or dwarf hermits cause both are herbivores.

Peppermint Cleaner Shrimp - There are three species of Peppermint Shrimp that I know of. Only one eats Aiptasia - Lysmata wurdemanni. FYI All Lysmata sp. Shrimp are considered Cleaner Shrimp.
+ Good cleaners, breed and provide good food (if kept in 2+ groups), Fun to watch
- Omnivores - may eat polyps, steal food from LPS, generally nocturnal
Skunk Cleaner Shrimp - Lysmata ambionensis
+Same as Peppermint Shrimp
- Same as Peppermint Shrimp except they are not nocturnal
Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp - Lysmata grabhami
+ Incredibly colorful
- Normally reclusive and nocturnal. Polyps are part of their natural diet.
