shrimp food?

what do yall feed your shrimp? I just got 3 and i want to make sure I feed them good.

My cleaners always just run over and grab a piece of whatever i feed my fish

No special food really

Are your shrimp cleaners? If so they don't just eat food you throw in, they'll clean the rock and substrate as well as your fish too. It's pretty neat to watch `em ride on top like a cowboy while cleaning

I feed my peppermint shrimp sinking pellets. But he'll eat whatever the fish drops on the bottom, that's if there's any left....I usually have to feed it with my hands since the tang steals ALL the food before he gets any....He begs me to feed when he's hungry...I don't see him out at all unless he's hungry.... :happyfish

along with just the normal feedings for my fish i also dose the tank with selcon which is good for inverts as well

never heard of selcon? Is it food?
