shrimp molting

Should I remove the skin that my shrimp and lobster shed or will the clean up crew take care of it?

a lot of people remove the moltings i leave mine in my serpent star just eats them... in a smaller tank i would remove them in a larger tank it's just not that big an issue..

My sand sifter star also eats the shrimp shells.
