Shrimp moulting

Hey guys
My CB shrimp moulted for the first time today (scared the hell out of me I though it died).

What do you guys do with the shell? Remove it?

I once saw a LFS on YouTube saying leave it in there they consume parts of it to regain lost minerals.

I personally leave it in but then again I have 3 urchins that take care of it...I know some people take it out some people leave it in for the CUC...I personally would leave it for the crew :~}
