Shrimp Stuck

I don't know how but my cleaner shrimp is in my overflow and I'm not sure how to get him out. Does anyone have any ideas??

Turn off the overflow. He might be able to resque himself if the current is off.

What kind of overflow are we talking about? In tank, corner or hang on?

i would just stick my hand in and let him climb to the top of it..
