Shrimps or Bad Things

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question.
I have a temporary tank to house 2 anemone, some hemet crabs and 3 shrimps, and 1 starfish. Just noticed there are around a hundred of small bugs. Just curious whether they are shrimps (from breeding) or bad things. I have taken a video (not HD though). Please share with me what you think...

Looks almost like sea monkeys to me but definitely some kind of shrimp. I am unaware of any bad shrimp like this so I would think it would be free food for your fish.
But wait and see for more opinions.

If these are shrimps, what do I need to do to keep them alive and grow up? There is currently no fish in this small 5-gallon tank. I am just afraid that the starfish and hemet crabs may disturb or eat them.

Remove the adult Shrimp. They will eat the larva.
Lower the flow rate to very mild.
Keep them constantly fed. They can eat flaked food and Artemia nauplii. They are able to chew their food so it doesn't have to be tiny food, just easy to grab and soft.
Keep the water stable and clean. This is difficult considering the above two items.
What species of Shrimp is this? Peppermints have a much higher survival rate and a faster metamorphasis schedule.
I would suggest blacking out the sides or find an opaque container and handing a small light directly over the center. This will cause them to congregate under the light and reduce the number of times they collide with the sides of the container. They are delicate and a few bumps will fatally damage them. If you feed nauplii they will also congregate under the light and make them easier to catch.
Let the algae grow in the tank. After metamorphasis they like to chew on hair algae in my experience.

Yes...It is Peppermints shrimps.
This 5-gallon tank only has a weak filtration systems (suck water up, and let it drop down). Flow rate is weak enough.
Not sure what is and how to get those Artemia nauplii?! Flake food means those frozen cube, right?
Most of this larva are now stucking on or close to the glass. I also see some of them are crawling on the rocks. This tank is only temporary. I used it because I need to separate these inverts from fishes. All fishes are now under hyposalinity procedure. I also have a big plastic box (30+ gallons) now I am housing all the live rocks (with a waver), and some hemet crabs as well. Should I put the adult shrimps to this big plastic box so that they won't eat the larva?
