I wouldnt try the CB with any others unless tank is 150+, Seen them kept successfully no problem in larger tanks, but in smaller it tends to be a matter of time before the CB runs into the others and kills every other shrimp. JMO
I've kept CB shrimp and both skunks and bloods before with no problem. The CB is certainly the most aggressive but he never really bothered the others much. Never kept peppermints so can't comment.
skunks and peppermints are both peaceful so they won't bother each other. Skunks also have a lot of personality so they make a great addition to tanks.
I had a CBS, 4 skunks & about 6 peps in my old 110g (lots of live rock). They lived together just fine for quite a while... but adding a CBS in the mix is a hit or miss type of combination. I have also read a few cases were a CBS did fine with other shrimp for some time until for whatever reason it decided to eliminate the competition. I ended up moving my CBS into a 6g nano just to be safe.
This is what I thought. I will try it. My CBS right now is really small. I would say it will be smaller than any peppermint I will be able to find. And hopefully they grow up to be friends.
