I read on here about using "kalk paste" to stop them. I assume you cut the shroom off and rub the paste over the remains(it's hard to get it all off of a rock).

why would you want to stop them? esspecialy if you get get credit at your LFS? and if you cant, there are pleanty of people here willing to pay!

I think in some tanks they spread so quickly that it's hard to place additional coral in the reef. But I agree with Fishieness--sell them or trade them! Either way you make out!

Yes i must ask what are you adding to the water to make them grow???? I have lots of different shrroms, they just get big but dont split. I am about to start fragin them though to make them split. It is so easy to frag shrroms. You can just slice and dice them and all the little pieces grow back. So nice. But yes put me on list i will buy some. I live in maryland :jumping:
