hey guys i had the lfs guy give me some purple shrooms he said that they were not gonna carry them any more so i just happened to be in the right place at the right time my ? is i only have 50/50 pc lights on a 29 can i keep these these guys?

Shrooms are not very demanding in the light they require.

Shoudl be fine. What's the wattage on the PCs?

the pc's r 2x's 65 watts were should i put these guys high middle or low

You should be ok in the mid depth...

i have red rust mushrooms w/ stock light on my 75 deep tank and they are amazing, started w/ 15 now i have like 50+ they are amazingly bright too!

hey there,
i have purple shrooms as well, if they are the same ones , be careful, they spread like a bad disease. They grow behind the rockwork where lighting is minimal,also in the fuge which is lit by a screw type compact fluor. bulb, they do well. IMO you should be able to place them anywhere you like in the tank, if they are the same as these

Put them on the bottom....you have nothing to worry about.
