Can you post your EXACT water parmeters for Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, SG, and temp? Have you added anything to the tank recently? What sized tank is this? How old is the tank? What all is in it?

If you have any luck, please post back. Mine is doing the exact same thing. It just started today. All water levels are fine. I just moved him to HT He can't seem to keep his balance. Right now, mine is not eating. I don't think he has enough control to get to the food if he wanted to eat. The way he looks, I am afraid he is on his last legs.
