Sick clown

I have two black and white clowns and when I came home today one of them was hiding behind some rocks in my tank. I got a good look at it and he deffinately looks sick. He has white spots under his mouth, and his skin is discolored. His fins are torn a little bit.
Any Ideas?
What should I treat him with?
I have 1 yellow tang, 2 black and white clowns and 1 green chromis.

It may be a bit of lymphocyctis.
Are they paired clownfish, or is one clown harrassing the other? How long have you had them?

Had then for about a year and a half. They are mated, but now one swims apart from the other.
His fins are damaged on the sides, and if you look very closely, you can see spots on his side. These spots are white and orange. He also has two white things below his mouth that were not there before.
I am treating the tank with pimafix. I have not introduced anything new into my tank for a few months.

Update: I am not sure if the PimaFix is working but he looks to be a little happier except that his tail has a small hole in it and his fins are pretty torn up. Going to the LFS to see what they think.
