sick clownfish

hey im new to this forum but i need some help, purchased a mated pair of percula clownfish a month ago. the male started having a white growth right below his mouth, you could say his chin i guess, it's defiantley bothering him..he eats good but he doesn't swim like he use too looks like he has trouble swimming to the bottom of the tank and floats back up usually stays high in the water in the same place in water movement the tank is well oxygenated..its has no other white spots just the one below his mouth and has been that way for a month having a hard time diagnosing this any help? please?

Brad, welcome to Saltwaterfish.com. This could be a parasite, or lymphocyctis. Is it irregular in shape?

it looks rounded but it also looks like theres a lil white string coming off, kind of looks bumpy its hard to get a good look at it.
