Sick Fishes ...THE WHOLE TANK!!

1st your going to need another tank... move ALL of you fish to this tank. Over the couse of a week you going to slowly lower you SG to 1.019 and hold it there!for 4 weeks. then slowly bring the SG back up to meet your Display tank then re-add all you fish. THat is the quick Discripstion. Search in the Disease & Treatment forum for the step by step process.

PLEASE give us SPECIFIC tank parameters including ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, alkalinity, specific gravity and temperature.
Please tell us the type of fish involved, how long you have had them, and what you feed them. How old is the tank?
You must also identify the source of stress, IMO...and there usually is something. We are happy to help but really it is important that you share specifics about your tank.
And are you sure it is ick? What symptoms do you see?

i am getting worry because i have expensive fishes . like a 1 icnh clown trigger ,adult emperor angel , morish idol , and a red coris changing just to mention some....

......someone just told me that the kick ich is not working because i have to turn off my protein skimmer and take out the carbon of my emperor 400 ......is that going to work? :help:

TANK OF 125 GALLONS, fish only
AMONIA 0
NITRITE 0
NITRATE 12.5
PH 8.3
SALINITY 1.023

the tank is about 1 year old, i been feeding them with live brine srhimp, ghost srimp, pellets but mostly with spectrum frozen food
The first fish to show symptoms was a domino damisel wich i hate because was my wifes idea to put it in and i never wanted too because the stress out all the inhabitants.
this is the 2 week that i been using the tratment of the kick ich reef safe and is geeting worse, i am about to take out the carbon of my biowheel emperor 400 and to turn off the protein skimmer to see what happend in the next days.

YOu do have to do that with running medication but the fact is Kick Ick may not be working because it is not a proven medication. The only two really proven treatments, IMO, are copper and hyposalinity, neither of which should be done in your main tank if you have inverts or LR (definitely not copper if you ever intend to have inverts).
At the very least start feeding garlic soaked foods.
Have you tested for something like stray voltage? How old is the tank? How old are these fish? Have you added or changed anything recently?

Garlic WON"T definitely cure them but it may help them. If you have healthy fish and no stress, then outbreak of Ick should be, IMO, minimal. You have to investigate the cause of the ick...was it a new fish that was aggressive? Stray voltage? Water quality issues such as temperature or ammonia spikes?Overcrowded system? Young tank? Incompatible fish? The only way to get ick out of the system is to remove the fish to another tank, treat with copper or hypo for about 5 weeks, and leave the tank empty of fish. From that point on, all fish - and some would argue even sand, rock and inverts, would need to be through a QT period (with the fish in hypo).

Hey Ophiura, Is it ok to press a fresh clove of garlic, roll food pellet in garlic oil & feed to fish??

Generally it is best to soak it or use a garlic extract sold in the hobby..you want it to soak in the garlic for awhile. Beth has several posts on it. I've made my own food in a blender with it...or you can kind of grate it up into a fine mash and soak food in it, or you can mince it and soak food in it, etc...but Beth has more advice and a search for her name and garlic should turn some up :yes:

i have to hyphothesis
1/ is that i change my temperature to 86 thinking that rising it was smart thing to do
2/ the domino damisel is too teritorial and agrssive towards the other inhabitants
could be the second one i think....

Both of these could be issues, indeed. While a temperature of 86 is not a big problem, it is on the high end, IMO...and if it suddenly was put to from say 80, that could be a potential stress. Also consider anything else that could have happened recently. Any water changes, or even seemingly minor things....

I'll be the first one to admit I am not a professional on THIS subject in particular, and I am always learning about keeping tanks in general. Always look for lots of opinions!! I happened to do this for a job as well, but there is no doubt that hobbyists tanks are far more challenging than the super large one's :yes: So I appreciate the kind words 
but keep learning and reading...lots of experience on this board!
