Sick Fishes ...THE WHOLE TANK!!

But if you are not taking efforts to treat them or address whatever is causing the stress, it will not just go away. What are you doing to address it? And be sure your LFS will take them and have hospital space.
But if you are not making significant efforts, then by Sunday you may not have much left to worry about. I would STRONGLY encourage you to take immediate action in cases of serious outbreaks of ick. The best would be removing to a hospital for hypo and copper, if not, consider at least trying some products like kick-ick which may or may not work (and feed garlic soaked foods with additional vitamins - selcon, zoe, etc). You may do some water changes while siphoning near the surface of the substrate.

Get rid of the Domino damsel, they are one of the most aggressive damsels. It is probably stressing all your other fish which is the cause of the Ich. Capture it and get rid of it.

I feel the need to clarify (I forgot that Kick Ick was already being used so you are doing that part and the garlic):
I would take them out now and get them to QT. I don't think there has been question on this if it was an option. You've been battling this for 2 weeks now? I missed that initially. But the initial posts in this thread clearly mention the course of treatment which is hypo or copper in a QT tank.
KICK ICK is not a guaranteed treatment. In my first post on it I say this. I also say GARLIC is NOT A guaranteed treatment. Both of these may help
, and if you are not able to do anything else, it is better than nothing.
But clearly it is not working, and at no time did I tell you it would work for certain. If you run medications, yes, you generally need to turn off skimmers and remove carbon. I also have emphasized the need to determine the primary cause of stress in the tank. If the damsel is new and very aggressive it is possible but I doubt a damsel is going to stress out a clown triggerfish.
Latino's first post talked about Hypo and QT...here is my second post talking about the two KNOWN treatments
You do have to do that with running medication but the fact is Kick Ick may not be working because it is not a proven medication.
The only two really proven treatments, IMO, are copper and hyposalinity, neither of which should be done in your main tank if you have inverts or LR (definitely not copper if you ever intend to have inverts).
If you have access to a QT or the LFS, this is the direction to go immediately.

i found out just about 4 days ago what was the main problem.
the thing is that when i go to work i turn off the A/C and in summer time the temperature rises very fast; when i come back temperature is 6 degrees higher, when fishes get those changes they stress themselves ans there is when ich attack. OPHIURA i am stille trying the kick ich it's been 15 days ,i turned off the protein skimmer, and now i check the temperature level every 5 hours, to keep it safe.
so far the worse problem i've had!!
by the way i am gonna post some old pictures tomorrow in this trheat so you can che out my beatiful emperor and others

Did you try and QT all the fish in the 12g tank (not a good plan)? Or did you take them to the LFS, or???????

Are you leaving the A/C on now? My guess is that taking care of this temperature yo-yo is going to do more than anything else to help. A steady temperature will help their stress levels, so they will be healthy enough to fight the ick. You are definitely going to need to either keep the A/C running or get a chiller.

My flame angel had ich a few weeks ago because it got up to 86 in the tank. I turned the lights off floated some ice and cooled it down. A few days later ich was gone. Just fix the problem and if the fish can be saved it will. There is no medication in the ocean. All natural.
