sick imperator angel

my fish is 8" lg. eats and swims acts totally normal but has somethings growing on him. I would really appreciate some help if somebody knows what this is I tried to take a good picture but he would not sit still.

How large is your tank? The pictures are rather blurry. When those marks started appearing did they grow and get bigger, move around? Can you get clear pictures?

I can try to get better pics but he will not cooperate
My tank is a 150 gal and he had one mark nos he has
More and leans up next to fish shaking looking to get
Cleaned

Did that just suddenly appear or did they grow on him gradually?? Do they move?

1 line was there for a couple months a couple more came
Some cotton type things sticking out of skin that just came a
Week ago not sure if they move around look like they stay put
Like I said he goes next to my eel and scorpionfish leans over acting
Like he wants to get scratched . Eats swims and acts perfectly fine
