Sick Koran Angelfish

So my Koran Angelfish recently started developing worn, tattered like fungi on its fins and body. Am looking for a cure, but dont know what it is. I put stress relieving enzymes in my tank, along with a copper treatment, but it seems to be getting worse. I have a uv light in my canister filter, but nothing seems to be working. Any advice before it's too late?

Looks more like lymphocytosis than fungus. Copper won’t help either and is poison for the fish. It should only be used if it is absolutely necessary for ich or velvet.
