Sick Lawnmower blenny

I have had a lawnmower blenny for almost 1 year now, in that time he has become much a part of my family, he is ususally very active and fat. Latley he has grown thin and wont eat. he sits at the bottom of the tank and seems to be breathing kinda fast.
My params are all 0
Salinity is 35ppt
I did recently get a false lemonpeel, but they never go near eachother.
Usually i feed some spirulina for the lemonpeel, a littel brine shrimp for the clowns and some flake for the clowns and the blenny. usually they all eat it all.
i nkow color is not an indication as they change color, he also has no white spots so i dont believe its ick.
any thoughts?

Can you get a realy good look at his tail and body with a magnifying glass? How long ago did you add the last fish? When did these symptoms start with the blennie?

so the white spots are just sand. This symptom started about, 3 days before i added the new fish. but they have really come to peak since last week, which was when i added the new fish, could be a coincidence, im not sure.

Did anything else happen in the tank prior to him becoming ill? Anything you can think of at all? It realy is important in determining what happened to him. I was thinking perhaps the new guy brought something in, but if he was ill 3 days prior to that then there may have been something else that contributed to him not eating.

Ok, just thought I would ask. Then we go from here. Have you tried offering him some Nori soaked in fresh garlic juices from a clip? Try a small piece without the juice first, then some (not saturated) but dosed in fresh garlic.
