Sick Percula???

I have a mated pair of perculas. I have had them for two weeks. The tank has been cycled for 3 weeks or so. 55 Gal., 10 lbs live rock, 60 lbs base rock. Ammonia 0, Nitrates 10, nitrites 0, SG: 1.021.
The larger of the two perculas has gotten exceptionally lethargic over the last 2-3 days. He has been fairly active ever since I got him, so this is a change. He doesn't seem to be eating well either.
I may be being paranoid, but it's better to be safe than sorry. I fed them flakes for the first week, and then began alternating flakes with frozen brine shrimp every other day. It seemed like his change in appetite coincided with the introduction of the shrimp. Now he doesn't seem to want to eat either one. The other clown is doing fine, so I am totally baffled.
Again... this may be nothing. As a new "parent" I'm simply trying to be cautious. (feel free to tell me I'm imagining the whole thing)
Thanks in advance for the help.

First off, you might want to bump your SG up to 1.026 (slowly over a few days--you wouldn't want to stress the fish out). That is the SG most preferred by the experts around here (and me too :)). Frozen brine shrimp isn't a nutritional meal for fish. It's the "candy" of the fish world. I would recommend switching to mysis shrimp if you'd like to continue feeding shrimp. My clowns love pellet food and variety is always a nice thing to have. I'm not entirely sure what may be bothering your female clown. How much do you feed them? Just keep watching her closely and please notify us if another change in behavior occurs. :)

I did not know that about the brine shrimp. I will definitely keep an eye on her, cross my fingers, and hope that it's nothing.

Does her stomach appear to be bloated in any way? Often times, fish with some sort of internal bacterial infection may slightly bloat, act in a lethargic matter, and stop eating.
