Sick powder Brown

Hi all,
My PB is hiding away alot and doesn't appear to be eating. I also noticed this morning that his stomach do appear to be a bit swollen. I did so research and found that it may be an internal infection of some kind does any one have any ideas on how to help him? I really don't want to loss this guy
Pls help me if you can thanx everyone

How long have you had the fish? What type of tank is he in? Give water readings.
