Sick Tang

After losing my favorite Blue(Hippo)Tang, I went out and purchased another one. I recently noticed a white spot on a fin (ick) and treated the tank with Green-X. Ick went away but now the Tang has what looks to be like pimples, and appear to be internal. Can anyone tell me what it might be and how I can treat it without endangering my anenomies and inverts?

My clown got one of those, and I got really worried, and then within a week or two, it just went away. All I added was some stress coat, but I don't really think that it did anything. I hope everything is okay!

Tangs are funny fish. The clown that I have had for some years now gets one of those, spots also every now and then but within a week or two it just goes away. I would not worrie, about it too much.

You said pimples so assume there are quite a few. You should watch because ick sometimes looks like small pimples on blue tangs because their skin is so smooth.
