You probably have a golden head sleeper,, they are notoriously known for covering EVERYTHING in sand,, but IMHO, they have the most charisma..

Try getting an engineer Goby---NOT!!! He sux, all he does is dig under my rocks and causes them to shift ALL the time. It is quite fustrating especially when I have the coral set up. Anyway I'm going to get a diamond goby for the substrate, any problems with that one?

My diamond is AWESOME, never had cleaner LS, but he does like to dog under rocks, but nothing has shifted yet,, I doont know if this will present a problem for you.

I have a banded goby. He sifts sand all the time, but has never covered a rock yet. However he does change the layout of my sand all the time. That's honestly why I got him though.

I had a golden head and what a mess of the sand. I now have a diamond and he is too small 2" to do any dammage.
The golden heads seem to like to take a mouth of sand to the top of the tank and dump in the current.
