sighting of nocturnal creatures

Last night we were looking in our tank with a flashlight and discovered some creatures we didn't know we had. They are about the size of ants are were running around on the live rock. At first we thought they might be some kind of worm but they have legs. I don't know how else to describe them. They are light in color and seemed to all be about the same size. Any ideas on what they might be?

they're called pods, there are different types of them, most all are benificial

thank you. We thought they might be pods. Is there any way to tell what kind and if they are beneficial? Did they come in on some live rock? Also, do they require any special care?

im sure they came on the live rock or live sand and they airate the sand bed

My guess would be Munnidae Isopods. You could try searching on "Munnid".
