Signature Required?

Hello.
I'm contemplating placing an order (my first) but the first concern I have is whether or not I have to be home when Fed Ex arrives. In other words, does SWF require a signature upon delivery? I work only a couple of miles from home so I am home for lunch every day for 1.5 hours -- the package would never be outside unattended for more than four hours tops, but I can't guarantee I will be home to sign for the package. Will they ship and leave the package at the door if I request it? Also, if I were to order tomorrow, do you think I would have my items by Friday? If not I would rather drive the half hour to a LFS and not have to wait.
I'm sure you probably can't answer the second question but if anyone knows about whether or not a signature is required I'd really appreciate an answer. Thanks!

you dont need a signature for it. And i think you would probably get them thurs or fri but im not sure on this. I know there is a chart which will you show you the last day it would be shipped by what day you order.

I recieved my first order today! Right in the middle of Tropical Storm Fay! I wasn't sure they would deliver and we had alot of flooding. Everyone is doing good. I ordered 2 roal grammas (they were a little iffy, but seem ok now), a pygmy angel (sooo cute), a porcelin crab, a cleaner shrimp, and a zebra gobie. So far so good. By the way I did not have to sign.

Glad to hear your livestock arrived ALIVE! I'm so jealous - I want to place an order but the only way to justify the shipping cost is to buy a lot of items and having a nano tank I can't really put a lot of new things in the tank at once so I'm between a rock and a hard place. How big is your tank - don't you have a nano too? Those are some nice critters you ordered!

I have a 12 gal Aquapod. I had it for a week and a half and saw a 29 gal on Craigslist for 40$ tank, hood, powerheads, and stuff. I had to get it! I been doing this for about a month or so now. I am a Newbie also. It is too cool and everyone in my family has their favorites. We all take turns watching. It is very addicting. I think my husband is gonna kill me. I have been spending alot of money. I am ok with my stock list for now. I wish I had fish with more color. My Chromis are still juveniles and are alittle pale.
In my 12g I have two clowns, a yellow watchman goby and a royal gramma ( who is still pissed and hiding). The dwarf angel is sooooo adorable. I wish I could squeeze it's little cheeks! She is a little shy now. I am going to feed them and see if I can get them to come out.
