SilenX or Papst fans?

Does anyone have experience with either of these fans? They seem to be the quietest out there.
Papst 60x15mm, 21cfm, 16dba fans
SilenX 40x10mm, 5cfm, 14dba fans
I'd like to go with the Papst, given the cfm, and if it'll fit in my NW9 canopy.
Are two 16dba fans quiet enough to be in a bedroom?

I've used Pabst fans in computers I have built. They are excellent. Can't speak on the other brand. 16db will be almost inaudible. 15db is described as a pin dropping from the height of 1cm. In reference, a normal conversation is around 60db.
If you find them to be too loud, consider wiring a rheostat in line so you can lower the voltage to the fans. Also mount them with rubber grommets to help with vibration noise.
