Higher up on the chain. Of course it cost alot of $$ to repackage aquarium labels. Lighting if you good at diy you can get it for 1/2 off or less. if not you gotta pay top $. its best to shop. or buy diy from someone who makes stuff as a hobby and to make extra$$ still 30% cheaper than online and thats @ $30% cheaper than LFS. i still try to suppost my lfs when its only a few $$

I got bitched at by my lfs for buying lr on line. The sad thing is my girlfriend works there and gets a 20% discount but i still got it cheaper on line. They are a reef only store and do not make much on in store sales. They set up and maintain tanks in the area which is bringing in the bucks for them. I think!!!

I've used silica based sand and have had no problems. In fact I just set up another 55 gal. with 75 lb. of white silica sand....it's awesome.
