silver/grey looking creatures?

Hi all,
I was just curious about little grey creatures in my tank. They are too tiny to take pictures of but they sort of look like ....well they gots lots of legs, silver grey in color and almost looks like a shrimp but not exactly. I have them in my sump tank living in my sponge filters and they are also in my tank. They don't care for the light really. Just curious if they are bad creatures or good creatures.

Sounds like pods, they are a good thing to have.

Yup, pods. Great to have. They help clean the tank and are also the natural food source for many fish.

:happyfish Ya, sounds like pods, just make sure they aren't baby mantis, you can check by seeing if their front arms bend backwards like a praying mantis insect, if they do, get rid of them. I'm sure they are just cocopods though so nothing to worry about. If you are inendated with them, and have a reef try getting a manderine goby, they love 'em! Good luck
