Since I'm new here, I'll post a little about myself and my bad luck

First off, let me say that I have the worst luck in the world. I know this is a long post, but please take the time to read it and comment.
In the past year, all of this has happened:
1) Wrecked my car after a 4 hour drive...when I was 2 minutes away from my home.
2) Was diagnosed with narcolepsy which explains the wreck
3) Was walking back to my car from inside a gas station when someone jumped in the car with me and forced me to drive him around (after this, I got my concealed handgun permit to carry a gun)
4) Girlfriend of 6 years cheated on me. I took her back. She then cheated again. With the same guy. She's long gone now.
5) Dislocated my shoulder...by getting out of bed and pushing up with my arm. This was the first time it happened. It has happened 8 times since. One night, it popped out 3 times within 2 hours
6) I walked to my car at 4:30 AM to find something. Due to the area I live in, I took my gun with me. When I sat down in the drivers seat, I fell asleep due to the narcolepsy and dropped the holstered handgun onto the passenger seat. Next thing I know, my passenger side window gets busted out and a gun is stuck in my face. The cop did not identify himself, so I thought I was being robbed. I got out of the car and got on the ground like I was told. The gun stayed on the passenger seat. The cop then tased me in the back for no reason. Apparently, even though I have a concealed carry permit, it is illegal to have it out in the open. The cop lied and said that I tried to fight him and thats why he tased me. He says that I started to run towards him and he pushed me to the ground. Let me ask you this. If you thought you were being robbed by someone at gunpoint, would you run TOWARDS that person and try to fight them? I have PTSD from the incident and I can't even watch TV shows with guns in them any more, because I thought he had shot me when he tased me.
7) The taser caused a condition known as rhabdomyolysis, which means your muscle tissue starts to break down and clogs your kidneys up. I basically have kidney damage now. I called an ambulance to take me to the hospital because I felt HORRIBLE. The paramedic told me that he was going to tase me again if I tried anything and then he threatened to tie my hands behind my head if I didn't stop moving around. The ER doctor said that my body was going into shock and that's why I couldn't keep still. The paramedic told the ER that I "must have taken meth or something". When I call 911 for help, why do I get treated like this?
8) I requested to be taken to the ER at the jail, but they refused. The cop was a hypocrite, as he went to the ER where he was treated for a minor cut on his hand that didn't require stitches or anything. Yet, my kidneys are starting to fail and I'm denied medical attention.
9) Due to the rhabdomyolysis, they gave me anxiety and pain medication. The pain medication made me not be able to urinate and I had to be catheterized...and it stayed in for a week
10) Catheter gets me a bladder infection
11) Just paid a lawyer $7500 to try to get me off of what I was charged with (being a grad student, I don't have that type of cash lying around)
12) Finally meet a decent girl...or so it seems. We take a beach trip. Once we get there, everything was fine until the day before we left. She got drunk out of her mind and started acting insane, yelling, screaming, running around outside and knocking on other people's room doors. I tried for 3 hours to get her to come back to the room and go to sleep. She hit me in the head 4 times during this process. Finally, I had to call the police because I didn't want her to hurt herself, seeing how drunk she was. She told the cops that I pushed her down the stairs. Since I was sober and she had obvious concrete scrape marks and mud all over her legs, the cop believed me. I had to go bail her out the next morning.
13) I buy a $650 black tang with a 10 day guarantee. It dies on day 11.
14) Barely ran off the road about 2 weeks ago into some mud, lost control, and totaled another car
There's even more than just this. I'll post more later...
If karma exists, what in the world did I do to deserve all this?
EDIT: oh, and since the sheriff's office reported the gun incident to my university, I was fired from my job. It was a graduate assistantship that reduced my tuition from $10k a semester to $1k a semester. The job also paid $20k a year for 20 hours a week. The University also imposed "sanctions" on me including requiring me to keep a certain GPA because of the gun incident. So much for innocent until proven guilty.
EDIT AGAIN: after recent car wreck, I needed stitches in wrist. They told me to get them taken out after 7-10 days. I do so, and the wound opens back up again. Sigh. I also partially severed a nerve in the cut because part of my hand is still numb.

Here's a shot of the car I just wrecked. I ended up with a huge gash that required stitches on my left wrist, yet the driver side windows were NOT broken. HOW did that happen?
Oh, and the Armani shirt that I was wearing when I was tased now has two holes in it. I had just received it that in the mail. Same freaking day.
EDIT: oh, and the wreck happened while I was coming back from wal-mart to buy....tampons for my girlfriend. That was embarrassing enough by itself!

Since it said my post was too long when I tried to edit the topic, I'll post this here.
I had to call my doctor after the kidney damage and stuff to make sure it was OK to take my meds with that condition. He sets up an appointment with me. I drive 3.5 hours home to make the appointment. He comes into the room, says "Me being your doctor and you being my patient are now contraindicated. There will be no charged for this visit. Have a nice day." All because I was tased. So, I drove 3.5 hours back, right after that. I was out of all my prescriptions such as

[hr]
and Klonopin and he wouldn't give me any at all until I found another doctor. I end up having crazy panic attacks. You aren't supposed to stop taking meds like that, but slowly taper off them.

Alzika,
You do not have bad luck…You are your own enemy.
First and foremost…With a sleep disorder that bad, you should not have a car at all. They should yank your license before you kill yourself or some innocent driving on the road with you. You are more dangerous than a drunk driver. The first time I can understand, you didn’t know, but the last time you did.
Any idiot knows you can’t have a handgun out like that. You need to move out of your neighborhood if you can’t even walk to your car without a weapon in your hand. All to get behind the wheel of a car you should not be trying to drive in the first place.
On the girlfriend thing…. Word to the wise..Once a cheat, always a cheat. If she isn’t the mother of your children she does not deserve a second chance, even then it’s iffy. Fool me once and shame on you, but fool me twice and shame on me. Allot of your grief is where you go looking for your mate. Here is a thought, drunks do not good girlfriends make.
The legal mess you are in is caused by ALCOHOL! Stop drinking and don’t date women who drink. With a serious sleep disorder you don’t need to be drinking, it will make it worse.
The cop thing..Again it’s the neighborhood..Have you ever given thought of what you must look like to others? You had to look to the cop like you were some kind of drugged out idiot sleeping in a car with a gun beside you. Also consider this, originally the cop thought you were a very bad guy, gun beside you and all…so in his eyes…Boo Hoo you didn’t feel well after he zapped you, no he didn’t believe you were sick, and he was wrong. The rest of what he did was to cover his butt and keep his job. Have fun trying to prove that in a court.
You need to get out of your neighborhood, stop driving, and stop partying. Find a nice girl at a library someplace instead of a bar or nightclub. I bet if you quit drinking your health will improve, and you won’t find yourself in situations where you land up in jail or zapped.
Now you tell us you take psycho drugs…My daughter who also takes that mess, and will drive 140 miles to a hospital to get some legal dope, because the local hospital won’t give it to her anymore. So the doc wouldn’t give it to you, so now it’s his fault you ran out of legal dope…Oh gag me with a spoon already.
Those meds will kill your kidneys and liver faster than anything the cop did, it also explains why your bones are brittle. Yet you continue to drive 3.5 hours there and back...are you some kind of idiot?

You have no clue what you are talking about. Narcolepsy is 100% treatable with a medication called Xyrem so BEFORE YOU JUDGE ME, do some damn research.
And yes, I drove 3.5 hours to my sleep specialist. Not to get drugs, but because he's been my doctor for a little over a year after my narcolepsy diagnosis, back when I lived 10 minutes away.
Do NOT tell me I cannot drive. The DMV has already cleared me to drive. Again, without knowing ANYTHING about my condition, back the hell off.

You fibbed, you said you welcomed comments, but that isn't true. If someone doesn't agree with you or says something you don't like ..the cursing starts.
That sir is why your threads get closed. It isn't bad luck at all. You are you own enemy.
If you crashed two cars...your meds are not working. I also doubt the rest of your story..I think your temper really got you into trouble with the cops.

Again, you have no clue what you are talking about. This wreck had NOTHING to do with my narcolepsy. Like I stated, I barely ran off the road into the mud and then lost control.
The only reason I fell asleep in the car with my gun was because of the time of day and I had not taking my stimulants.
I do welcome comments, but not someone who has no reading comprehension skills whatsoever.
To be frank, I really don't care if you believe the rest of my story. I'll be glad to post pics of the taser holes in my back that clearly show I was tased in the back while I was on the ground. I was NOT charged with resisting arrest.

Yes. She got pissed after a few drinks, took a bottle of vodka and ran off. Found her next to a trash can on the concrete and the bottle of vodka was gone.
Why the hell do you think the cops believed me over her? I was completely sober.

I never said the cop was in the right, I said you looked bad in the situation you put yourself in. YOU are your own enemy.
