Need help with diagnosis. Eyes and body overall have a cloudy appearance. Fins are fraying.

Looks like a bacterial infection. It looks pretty advanced. You could try a full spectrum antibiotic and see if it clears up.

There may be some velvet, or ich too which would require treatment with copper. Pa Teri always infection may be secondary to the parasites.
