I don't know anything about them but was interested so I looked it up... they grow BIG... 12" or so. They are listed as expert only (probably due to them being poisonous) and they will have any smaller fish in the tank for dinner. They seem like a neat fish though...

I think they are very cool looking fish, however, I do not recommend anyone to keep them for the same reason as I do a box or cowfish. They are on my fish to avoid list.
When agitated, they have the ability to produce a toxic body mucus that forms a slimy substance in the tank that could kill the surrounding inhabitants.
As stated, they also grow a bit large, and become more aggressive as they grow older. They are not as aggressive as most groupers, though. I would relate them more to a hamlet than I would a grouper (as far as aggression goes).

I am not sure... it is risky but i was offered one from a friend and it has outgrown his 55g (7in) awesome fish. He has had for awhile with no problems.

I definitely would not consider it with those fish. The wrasse, trigger, and angel would potentially be a problem.

I trust your judgement but I am curious to why those particular fish would be a problem.
Thanks

Because those fish can be dominant, overly territorial fish. I have seen lunare wrasses go on rampages in aquariums, as well as pink tail triggers. I included the queen angel because they grow so large and get more and more dominant as they grow.
The tangs are aggressive to fish upon first introduction, but usually always calm down within a matter of days.
