Sixline Wrasse Cleaner?

Has anyone ever observed their sixline grooming other fish? I bought one last week and he has been cleaning my flame angel and my CPB. I had never heard of this behavior in a sixline.

I had a pair of sixlines. One was a cleaner and the fish always badgered it to be cleaned.

Mine does not do much but hide in the rocks.

I have never heard of a Sixline being a "Cleaner", but they are good for eating a lot of pests in the tank.
