Sixline Wrasse disappeared

Hey guys,
3-4 days ago I added a sixline wrasse and it was active the first day but i have not seen it since two days at all.. I have looked everywhere in my tank and around it to see if it jumped out but no sign of it.
I read that they can bury themselves in the sand. I have CaribSea Fiji Pink which is pretty fine sand so do you guys think it's dead or is it under the sand bed?

It is prolly just hiding/ getting acclimated to its new home... but check outside your tank too, they are jumpers...I hope this isnt the case though...

I have two in my tank for a few years and never seen them bury in the sand or any indication that they wanted to jump. I know any fish can have different behavors. Mine often go into the rocks for long periods.

6-lines are masters of desguise...before you know it, he'll be out and competing with your other fish for food.

I have a closed canopy so he couldn't have jumped out. I checked my overflow but I did not see him in there either and I didn't see him down in my fuge either...he can't get stuck in one of the overflow tubes can he?
I did notice it going into my rocks for hours before coming back out the first 2 days but I havn't seen him since.
