I have one in my wife's 12. It has never bothered any corals, but it is reasonably aggressive towards a yellow watchman goby and some peppermint shrimp, but not enough to cause alarm. She just steals food from everyone even after she is full; she'll steal it and run to the other side of the aquarium to spit it out just so they don't have it.

I have had many sixlines in the past and have had very good luck with them, but the one in my 140 is pretty aggressive towards all of my fish.. Even my big Tangs and angels. I wish I could get him out.

I have a sixline in my 75 reef and he has never bothered any corals. He does like to pick on my mandarin though.

Six-Line Wrasses are great fauna scavengers and will put a large dent in your worm and pod population. If these are food sources for other critters in your tank this addition will be heavy competition.

my sixline wiped out my pod population in like 2 days. hes very bold and him and my purple pseudo fought for about 2 days, but now there fine. he will most likely get aggressive towards any new tank mates, so you may want to add him last. they eat pretty much anything you throw in the tank food wise, and mine has never touched any of my corals, i have sps, clams, lps, and softies.

So thats where all my pods went lol
thank goodness for my fuge.
I love my sixline, but never saw him eating too much of the food I add to the tank. Maybe its because he is already fat on pods. Im hoping that I see a reduction of my bristles too

excellent reef protector from flatworms and other pests. I love mine. territorial though. tends to push around anything not big enough to stand up for itself. I LOVE mine.
