sixline wrasse?

i bought sixline wrasse from some people a couple days ago... its not shy, it likes to be out and stuff...
looks fantastic, eats... etc.
but sometimes it looks like its having these mini seizures? is that normal? it just kinda moves its head around weird and then back to swimmin..

It may be a prelude to ich. Keep a close watch.

awh crap. it only seems to do it when its looking straight out at the front of the tank...
if it is ich, what can i do about it? the fish is in my dt so id like to treat them all at once if possible?

Who knows if ich is coming on but I have had one for over a year and he will do weird things with his head and body from time to time. I've never had ich in the tank so I hope its just the Six Line's manic ways, keep an eye on him.
