It would definatly be tight. It would be tuff addidng fish after the sixline, they are territorial and will be especially in a 10 gallon.

what about a pygmy angel

A ten is a really small system, and not suited to active fish, in spite of their size. Any of the argi complex angels (pygmies) would not do well in such a confined system. Look to some of the smaller gobies (yellow watchman, citron, clown). Nice little fish that don't need a lot of swimming room.

that would also be tight. How about a pair of clowns or some firefish? or a royal gramma.

He may be aggressive in the ten. The clowns are about all I would add. You could get a small bottom dwelling gobie, possibly.

Please think twice about a sixline I am talking from first hand experience they can be a terror and mine is in a 110G

My sixline has been very peaceful as well, although he does get into it with my Royal Gramma from time to time... But to the question at hand - I would caution putting a sixline in a 10g, mine is very active and really explores the space in the tank and through the rockwork.. JMO. Firefish would be a good candidate, like to swim in place an dart around from time to time.

sixlines, when established, can be mean to new arrivals, as for fish in a ten,a neon goby, clown goby, and a smaller shrimpgoby paired with a pistol shrimp and maybe a few sexy shrimp would make a neat little tank. (assuming you have fine LS for the shrimp goby) i wouldn't add clowns.

I strongly disagree with this. I had one in my 16 at one point, and that was a huge mistake. They are far too active to confine in such a small space. Also, they can naturally be territorial, and this will become a real problem in a small tank. Personally, I love gobies, and a clown goby would be great addition to a 10.
