Size of a flea?

Hey, I have a tiny creature slidding around on my glass - its about the size of a flea (the back end of it looks kinda striped)
Could this be a baby snail? Would it have a shell this young? It is really tiny.
I have seen baby snails, at my lfs about the size of an eraser - but they looked clear and had no stripes or anything - no shell at all.
Whatever this is . . . is it ok for my tank? Is it going to become food for my fish/crabs?

Could be, or it could be pods or mystis shrimp, Both good things to have.
