Skimmer Help

I was planning to build a skimmer, but with less time and no more access to the CNC machiene I am forced to pick one to buy... I have been looking before as a means to decide how to build mine. I am seeing the Octopus TDNW-300 Recirculating Protein Skimmer has many of the features I was looking for, i have seen positive posts on it, but also see they are a cheaper skimmer. Is there something better for a 400 Gal Reef tank?

google aquaeuro skimmers. the classic 400 would be great for ya. Or the octo, can't go wrong getting an octopus, especially the recirc's.
