I have a red Sea Berlin Turbo, after about 3 months the Pump has died.
Should I:
A. Replace the pump (I've read of others having repeated problems with these pumps).
B. replace the skimmer with a Turbofloter 1000
C. replace the skimmer with a Kent Nautilus TE
Thanks

I'm not very familiar with your skimmer so I can't help you there...the options you listed have decent reputations...but the best advice I could give would be to check into the EuroReef line of products if you want a quality skimmer. There are several that would work well for your 90 display.

A EuroReef ES5-3 is rated for 90 Gal, Is that rating accurate? Or would I have to look at a larger model?
They are Kinda Pricey...$250-$400 range
An Aquamedic Turboflotor w pump runs between $219-$270, and the kent is lower $200

They rate on the conservative size. Buy the biggest u can either afford or fit into ur system.

EuroReef is top of the line. Dont complain about the $$$. They (ER) just replaced 3 impellars for free on my 4 year old skimmer!

Assuming I can actually afford a EuroReef, A CS6-2 would be ok for my 90, but I will probably be upgrading to a 135g tank this year, so will the CS6-2 be ok for a 135? Some sites rate it up to 150, some rate it up to 125?

I currently use a CS6-2 on my 55 reef(which includes about 60-70 gal in the sump/refugium)...and I fully intend to use the same skimmer on the 110 display I'm currently developing to replace the 55(basically the same sump&refugium)...I have no doubt that my CS6-2 will be able to skim the increased volume.EuroReef definitely rates their skimmers on the conservative side and recently changed their ratings...thats why some sites will offer different ratings.
